复聪香液治疗脑梗死合并高同型半胱氨酸血症32例临床观察

Fucongxiang Liquid Clinical Observation of Treatment of 32 Cases with Cerebral Infarction and Hyperhomocysteinemia

目的观察复聪香液对脑梗死合并高同型半胱氨酸血症患者的临床疗效。方法将本院62例脑梗死合并高同型半胱氨酸血症患者随机分为对照组30例和复聪香液治疗组32例,对照组予以控制血压、血脂、血糖,抗血小板聚集等常规治疗,复聪香液治疗组在对照组治疗方案的基础上加用本院制剂复聪香液治疗,疗程为14 d,分别观察2组患者治疗前后神经功能缺损程度评分及血浆同型半胱氨酸水平。结果复聪香液治疗组患者治疗后临床神经功能缺损程度及血浆同型半胱氨酸水平均较治疗前有所改善(P<0.05),改善程度优于对照组(P<0.05)。结论复聪香液能够有效改善脑梗死合并高同型半胱氨酸血症患者的临床神经缺损程度及血浆同型半胱氨酸水平。

Objective To observe the clinical efficacy of Fucongxiang liquid in patients with cerebral infarction and hyperhomocysteinemia. Methods A total of 62 patients with cerebral infarction and hyperhomocysteinemia in the hospital were randomly divided into the control group （ n = 30） and Fucongxiang liquid treatment group （ n = 32 ）. Patients in the control group were treated with conventional therapy, including control blood pressure, blood lipids, blood glucose, anti-platelet aggregation and so on. On the basis of the control group treatment programs, patients in the fucongxiang liquid treatment group were also treated by the hospital preparation Fucong balsam treatment for 14 d. Neurological deficit scores and plasma homocysteine levels in patients of the 2 groups before and after the treatment were observed. Results Both clinical neurological deficit and plasma homocysteine level of patients of Fucongxiang liquid treatment group were improved than before treatment （ P 〈 0.05 ）, and the improvement was greater than the control group （ P 〈0. 05 ）. Conclusion Fucongxiang liquid can effectively improve cerebral infarction and hyperhomocysteinemia in patients with clinical neurological deficit and plasma homocysteine levels.
