盐酸贝那普利联合辛伐他汀治疗老年高血压50例效果观察

Clinical analysis of benazepril combined simvastatin in the treatment of 50 cases of elderly hypertensive

目的：探讨盐酸贝那普利联合辛伐他汀治疗老年高血压的临床疗效。方法选取本院2011～2013年门诊老年高血压患者89例，按不同治疗方法分为试验组（50例，给予盐酸贝那普利联合辛伐他汀治疗）和对照组（39例，给予盐酸贝那普利治疗），治疗12周后对两组疗效进行比较。结果治疗12周后，试验组患者的平均舒张压和平均收缩压均明显低于对照组（ P＜0.05）。结论辛伐他汀联合盐酸贝那普利治疗老年高血压效果显著，优于单用盐酸贝那普利，值得临床推广应用。

Objective To investigate the clinical effects of benazepril combined simvastatin in treat-ment of elderly hypertensive .Methods 89 cases of elderly hypertensive in our hospital from 2011 to 2013 were divided into experimental group （50 cases,given benazepril combined simvastatin ） and control group （39 cases, given benazepril）,the efficacy of two groups were compared after 12 weeks of treatment.Results The SBP and DBP of experimental group were lower than that of control group （ P＆lt;0.05 ） .Conclusion There is a signifi-cant effects of benazepril combined simvastatin in treatment of elderly hypertensive ,which is better than single benazepril ,and it is worthy of clinical promotion .
