摘要
淮安体育中心游泳馆钢结构屋盖采用钢管桁架结构,整个屋盖结构由20榀折线形桁架和斜撑、檩条、抗风柱等构件组成,屋盖结构采用高空散装施工方法,通过有限元方法对吊装及支撑卸载进行数值模拟分析,验算桁架在吊装过程中支架和主体结构的安全性。结果表明,采用的吊装、卸载方案均切实可行。
The steel roof of the Swimming Gymnasium of Huai' an Sports Center applies steel tube truss structures, which is composed of twenty polygonal truss, oblique supports, purlin and wind column. The roof used bulk assembly at high altitude for construction. By finite element method, the hoisting and supports unloading processing were simulated to check the safety of supports and main structure during hoisting and unloading. The results show that the applied hoisting and unloading schemes are suitable.
