摘要
以上海中心大厦和平安金融中心大厦为例,着重阐述了不同结构形式钢板墙的加工重点和控制难点。针对不同结构形式钢板剪力墙的制作采取不同的施工工艺,最终将高层、超高层建筑钢板剪力墙的加工制作技术上升到更高的层次,优化了传统的加工方法,提高钢板剪力墙的加工精度。同时对因连接方式导致施工难度增加给出建议。
Taking Shanghai Tower and Shenzhen Ping' an IFC as examples, several kinds of steel plate shear wall for tall buildings were introduced. The different styles processing difficulties of steel plate shear wall were indicated. And the different processing techniques were applied for different steel plate shear wall, furthermore, the fabrication and processing techniques for steel plate shear wall for tall buildings were improved, which optimized the traditional processing methods and improved the processing accuracy of steel plate shear wall.
