摘要
新建杭州火车东站工程是国内特大型建设项目,其站房钢结构大口径椭圆锥管柱属于非标准钢构件,在国内外建筑钢结构工程中极为罕见,在钢结构技术和加工工艺方面也没有先例可参照。结合钢结构企业实际加工能力,在此类钢构件技术准备、材料切割、冷弯成型、拼装焊接、喷砂涂装等方面提出了解决方案,并且详细介绍了构件的加工工艺过程和控制要点。实践表明所述加工工艺科学实用,钢构件成型良好,尺寸精度满足国家规范和设计要求。
The station building of the New Hangzhou East Railroad Station includes large-diameter oval cone inclined columns, which are nonstandard components. The structures are rare in China and abroad, so its construction is difficult. According to the processing ability of steel enterprise, the technology preparation, material cutting, roll forming, assembly welding, sandblasting painting were solved, moreover, the processing technique and control points were introduced in detail. The practical project shows that this technology indicated by authors is science and reasonable, and the accuracy can meet code requirements.
