摘要
针对高空大跨度型钢混凝土连体结构特点,以实际工程为例,详细介绍了高空大跨度型钢混凝土连体结构采用钢筋悬吊工字钢平台支设结构模板的新型支模方法,包括方案原理、相关节点构造及创新的施工流程等关键技术措施。工程实践表明,使用该技术不仅能安全有效地承载上部结构荷载及施工荷载,而且保证了高空混凝土顺利浇筑及工程质量,有效解决了型钢结构高空大跨度连体结构施工难的问题。
According to characteristics of high-altitude and large-span steel reinforced concrete connective structure, based on engineering practice, a new kind of support method was described, which used steel bar suspended I-shaped beam platform to support the formwork. The key technologies were introduced in detail including program principle, joints construction and the construction process of innovation. Engineering practice shows that this technology was safe and effective to carry the load of the upper part of the structure and construction loads, and ensure the safe and quality of construction.
