摘要
针对普通箍筋屈服强度低、弯钩多、加密区箍筋拥挤、混凝土振捣困难、施工难度大等缺点,提出了在建筑工程中使用高强连续复合螺旋箍。分析了高强连续复合螺旋箍的优点,探讨了高强连续复合螺旋箍的施工工艺流程、施工要点、质量控制措施。工程实践表明,高强连续复合螺旋箍施工方便,克服了普通箍筋的弊端,具有良好的社会效益和经济效益。
This paper proposes the use of high-strength continuous compound spiral hoop in addressing various weaknesses, such as steel wastes from conventional hoop reinforcement, overcrowding of hoop at reinforcement areas, and difficulties in concrete vibration and construction. This paper also analyzes the advantages of high-strength continuous compound spiral hoop, construction processes, operational key points and quality control. It shows that the high-strength continuous compound spiral hoop can prevent various weaknesses in conventional hoop reinforcement, minimize the consumption of steel, and improve work efficiency.
