摘要 AP1000核电压力容器安装先决条件多,施工逻辑复杂,吊装、安装精度高,同时基于核岛开顶法施工工艺下的设备成品保护压力大。针对项目施工难点,介绍了AP1000压力容器的吊装和调整技术及就位后的成品保护要求和方法;并对压力容器的重要先决条件及相关施工逻辑进行了讨论。通过严格控制,AP1000压力容器顺利安装成功。 AP1000 pressure vessel has many prerequisites to install reactor pressure vessel (RV) , and complex construction sequences, highly setting accuracy are all impact the installation for RV. Then the protection for RV is also a challenge after setting because of the top-opening construction. Due to the project difficulty, the lifting and adjustment technology were introduced, also the finished product protection requirements and methods. Then the important prerequisites for RV and related components installation were discussed, and also its construction sequences. The results confirm that the AP1000 RV installation was successful, which can provide an experience to the following projects.
