摘要
以2012年医院对外卫生服务量为基础,按照北京市试点医事服务费标准,测算医院2012年收入及分配方案,分析了解北京市医事服务费实施后对军队医院内部分配方式的影响程度及因素。结果是总收入增加,分配补贴提高,科室分配不均现象明显。因此,医院要全面调整超劳补贴分配制度,合理确定超劳补贴整体比例,加大考核临床效率指标力度,继续完善药品使用监管机制,科学调配门诊出诊号别,为医改顺利推进贡献力量。
Based on the amount of external health services of certain military hospital in 2012 and medical service fee standard, the author estimated the income and distribution plan , and analyzed the influencing factors of the distribution plan after implementation of medical service fee .So the gross income is higher, and performance pay is higher too, and then the inequality among departments is more obvious .The hospital must be to justify distri-bution plan more fully, to determine the overall proportions of the performance pay reasonably , to check the effi-ciency targets hardly, to complete the supervision of the drug use continue to , and to allocate the outpatient regis-tration categories scientifically.
