某军队医院军队老年患者住院费用分析

Analysis on Hospitalization Expenses of the Old Aged Military Patients in a Military Hospital

目的了解军队老年患者住院费用的构成特点,为军队医疗保障制度的改革提供参考。方法从军队某三级甲等医院采集2010—2011年出院的60岁及以上军队患者住院信息1 309例,对不同人群的费用构成加以分析。结果军队患者次均住院费用与地方患者相近,但其药品费占比相对较低,而平均住院日远高于地方患者。结论通过科学核算、有效监督、建立医疗消耗标准等措施,实现对军人医疗费用的合理投入和科学管理。

Objective To investigate the cost structure of old hospitalized military patients , and provide reference material for the reform of military medical insurance system .Methods 1309 hospitalized soldiers aged 60 or above selected in a first class tertiary hospitals from the year of 2010 to 2011 were the object of study.The cost structure of different people was analyzed .Results Although the average hospitalization expense of military patients was very close to that of non -military patients, but soldiers drug expenses was relatively low and their hos-pitalization period was significantly high .Conclusion Scientific cost accounting method , useful surveillance mechanism and medical consumption standards were suggested to be established in order to achieve the most effi -cient investment and scientific management on health resources for the soldiers .
