摘要
针对灾害特点及灾害医学救援指挥现状,阐述建立军队灾害医学救援指挥信息系统的必要性,分析灾害医学救援指挥业务流程,提出军队灾害医学救援指挥信息系统的适用范围和功能需求。
According to the characteristics of disaster and the actuality of disaster medical rescue com-mand, the article illustrated the necessity of constituting military disaster medical rescue command information sys -tem, analyzed the command procedure of military disaster medical rescue in detail , and finally presented the range of the system usage and the function requirement of the system .
