摘要
将陶瓷表面金属化 ,使之既具有陶瓷的特性又具有金属的性质。作为一种新的复合材料 ,在各个领域得到了广泛的应用。本文作者对陶瓷表面化学镀进行了研究 ,利用半导体氧化物SnO2 代替贵重金属PdCl2 作催化剂获得了成功。该工艺具有成本低廉 ,工艺简单 ,镀层质量好 ,附着力强 ,大面积镀覆合格率高等特点 ,具有很高的实用价值。
Metalicing the pottery surface can make it have the special property of both pottery and metal.As a kind of new compound material,it has been widely used in almost every aera.The author had been doing research on the pottery surface metalization He was successful in using semiconductor oxide S nO 2i nstead of the kind of expensive metal P dCl 2 as catalyst.The technology isn't only simple but also practical.It doesn't cost too much and the cladding material is of a high quality.Besides,the adhesive force is higher than the others,and the qualified rate is quite impressive.It is of high value in practical use.
