高校对区域创新效率的影响:基于随机前沿生产函数的分析 被引量:17

摘要 基于2000-2010年数据,利用随机前沿生产函数,本文研究了高校对区域创新效率的影响。结果表明:区域内211高校占比、高校科研产出和研究生培养数量对区域创新效率具有显著积极影响;高校人均科技经费投入和科技合作对区域创新效率影响并不显著;空间互动模型中高校知识创新效率减缓了区域创新效率的收敛速度。为此,需要优化高校科学研究和人才培养机制,以提升高校科研投入资源的产出绩效;优化产学研合作的内在协调性,以提升企业和高校知识创新能力;加速提升中西部地区高校科研效率,以推动区域创新协调发展。 Based on data from 2000 to 2010 aggregated at provincial level, the spillover effect of university on regional innovation efficiency is discussed under the stochastic frontier analysis (SFA) framework. The results show that the proportion of "Project 211" universities, the output of scientific researches and the number of postgraduate education in region have significantly positive influence on innovation efficiency, while the effects of per capita investment on Science &Technology(S &T) in universities and S &T cooperation on regional innovation efficiency are not significant. Besides, in the spatial interaction model, the efficiency of university knowledge innovation retards converging speed of regional innovation efficiency. The implications of this paper include optimizing the mechanism of scientific research and education to promote output performance of scientific research investment in university, improving the inherent coordination of industry-university-research cooperation to promote the knowledge innovation capacity of universities and companies, and accelerating scientific research efficiency of universities in western and middle China to promote coordinated development of regional innovation.
