摘要
改革开放以来,我国整体上已经步入中等收入国家之列,东部一些地区已经跨入中等偏上国家水平。跨越"中等收入陷阱"成了该区域的当务之急。如何跨越这一"陷阱",许多学者己给出了解决方案。本文试图从发达地区企业人力资源部门的招聘要求以及地方高校目前的运作方式为切入点,谈谈地方高校市场化运作对跨越"中等收入陷阱"的作用。
Since the reform and opening-up, China has become one of the middle-income countries as a whole, and some areas of eastern part have reached the level of above average. So it is imperative to stride over the “middle-income trap”. By now, many scholars have provided the solutions. This paper firstly describes the recruitment requirements of corporate human resource department in developed areas and current operation mode of local colleges, then discussed the effect of the marketization of local colleges on striding over the“middle-income trap”.
