摘要
研究有源钳位正激变换器拓扑族,提出了有源钳位正激变换器的三种开关单元:有源钳位正激正单元、有源钳位正激负单元和有源钳位正激复合单元。开关单元中的开关管、有源钳位支路和变压器共同构成正激变换器的主功率传输(变压器励磁)和变压器磁复位支路,在满足变压器励磁和磁复位所要求的电位条件下,通过单个有源钳位正激单元或者多个正激单元的串并联组合,得到了已有的有源钳位正激变换器拓扑和一系列新型拓扑。以其中一个拓扑为例,详细分析了变换器工作原理并进行了实验验证。
A family of active-clamp forward converter topologies is proposed. Three active clamp switching cells, named as active-clamp forward positive cell, active-clamp forward negative cell and active-clamp forward combined cell, are categorized for the active-clamp forward converters. All the switching ceils are composed of active switch, active-clamp branch and transformer. The power transmission and transformer-demagnetizing paths are built using the active clamp switching cells. Based on the proposed active clamp switching cells and related methodology, a family of active clamp forward converters, which covers exiting topologies and proposed ones, is derived. One of the proposed topologies, as a typical example, is analyzed and verified through experiments.
