摘要
研究杞柳(Salix Integra Thrub)扦插造林早期插穗粗度和扦插深度对插穗萌蘖能力和生根状况的影响规律。结果表明:萌条数量随插穗粗度的增加而增大,随扦插深度的增加而减小;萌条基径和萌条长度受插穗粗度影响显著,且随插穗粗度的增加而增大;随插穗粗度的增加,根系的总长度越长,根系平均直径则越小;随插穗粗度和扦插深度的增加,枝条生物量和地下生物量显著增加,随插穗粗度增加和扦插深度减小,叶片生物量和地上生物量显著增加;枝条生物量和叶片生物量以及地上生物量和地下生物量间均为同速生长关系,相互间没有发生生长竞争。利用逐步回归方法构建了萌条长度(LS)和根系总长度(TRL)之间的回归模型,从而可以利用插穗萌生能力来预测地下生根和生长状况。
The experiment was conducted tostudy the effect of cutting thickness and underground depth on early sprouting and rooting of Salix integra Thrub.The sprout number increases with the increase of cutting thickness and decreases with un-derground depth of cutting.Sprout diameter and sprout length increases with the increases of cutting thickness.The thicker the cutting, the better total root length is and the worse the average root diameter is.With the increase of the cutting thick-ness and underground depth of cutting, the shoot biomass and underground biomass increase significantly.With the in-crease of cutting thickness and decreasing underground depth of cutting, the leaf biomass and aboveground biomass in-crease significantly.The biomass of different modules among shoot-leaf and aboveground-underground is in a linear isogony growth.
