渗透调节物质作为植物抗盐性评价指标的有效性 被引量:4

摘要 以河南白榆(Ulmus pumila)、新疆大枸杞(Lycium dasystemum)、南蛇藤(Celastrus orbiculatus)、小叶丁香(Syringa microphylla)、樟子松(Pinus sylvestris var.mongolica)5个抗盐性不同的树种的1年生实生苗为实验材料,分析了渗透调节物质作为植物抗盐性评价指标的有效性。结果表明:5个树种的抗盐性由强到弱,依次为枸杞、白榆、南蛇藤、丁香、樟子松。5个树种苗木叶中脯氨酸质量摩尔浓度上升幅度,由大到小依次为南蛇藤、樟子松、白榆、丁香、枸杞;重度胁迫下,5个树种苗木叶中游离脯氨酸质量摩尔浓度,分别为对照的7.13、5.06、3.15、2.37、1.73倍。5个树种苗木叶中,可溶性糖质量摩尔浓度上升幅度,由大到小依次为枸杞、白榆、樟子松、丁香、南蛇藤;重度胁迫下,5个树种苗木叶中可溶性糖质量摩尔浓度,分别比对照增加52.16%、55.64%、22.59%、23.67%、41.94%。5个树种苗木叶中可溶性蛋白质量摩尔浓度上升幅度,由大到小依次为樟子松、南蛇藤、白榆、枸杞、丁香;重度胁迫下,5个树种苗木叶中可溶性蛋白质量摩尔浓度,分别为对照的3.10、2.36、2.29、1.71、1.42倍。5个树种苗木地上部分Na+质量分数,由大到小依次为枸杞、樟子松、丁香、南蛇藤、白榆。实验数据证明:脯氨酸、可溶性糖、可溶性蛋白,不能有效地评价植物的抗盐性。地上部分Na+质量分数,可以作为评价不同树种抗盐性的有效指标;但对于非盐生植物与盐生植物应区别对待,即非盐生植物地上部分Na+质量分数与抗盐性负相关,盐生植物地上部分Na+质量分数与抗盐性正相关。 With Ulmus pumila, Lycium dasystemum, Celastrus orbiculatus, Syringa microphylla and Pinus sylvestris var.mongol-ica, the experiment was conducted to investigate the effectiveness of osmoregulation substance content as an evaluation in-dex of salt tolerance.The salt tolerance rank of five trees is L.dasystemum〉U.pumila〉C.orbiculatus〉S.microphylla〉P. sylvestris var.mongolica.The increasing scale of proline content in leaves of the five trees is C.orbiculatus〉P.sylvestris var.mongolica〉U.pumila〉S.microphylla〉L.dasystemum, 7.13, 5.06, 3.15, 2.37 and 1.73 times than that of con-trol, respectively .The increasing scale of soluble sugar content in leaves of the five trees followed L.dasystemum〉U. pumila〉P.sylvestris var.mongolica〉S.microphylla〉C.orbiculatus, 52.16%, 55.64%, 22.59%, 23.67%, 41.94%more than that of control.The increasing scale of soluble protein content is P.sylvestris var.mongolica〉C.orbiculatus〉U. pumila〉L.dasystemum〉S.m icrophylla, 3.10, 2.36, 2.29, 1.71 and 1.42 times than that of control, respectively.The shoot Na+content order of five trees is L.dasystemum〉P.sylvestris var.mongolica〉S.microphyll a〉C.orbiculatus〉U. pumila.The proline, soluble sugar and soluble protein can not be served as salt tolerance assessment, while shoot Na+content can.For glycophyte the relationship between shoot Na+content and salt tolerance is negative, while it is positive for halophyte.
