利用X射线衍射法探究木材含水率与结晶度的关系 被引量:14

摘要 利用X射线衍射法探究3种进口阔叶材结晶度与含水率的关系,结果显示木材结晶度随含水率的降低而升高。通过对X射线衍射法强度曲线进行分析,揭示了木材结晶度随含水率变化的原因。由含水率变化而引起的结晶度变化并未改变木材纤维素的结晶结构,而是由于水分子进出木材的无定形区,导致结晶区与木材总质量之比发生改变。在木材干燥过程中,对木材结晶度产生影响的水的形态并不相同。 The experiment was conducted to study the relationship of crystallinity and moisture content in three imported hard-woods with X-ray diffraction ( XRD) .The crystallinity increases with the decrease of the moisture content ( MC) with the XRD intensity curve.The crystallinity change by MC cannot change the crystalline portion of the wood cellulose, but the water molecules in and out of the wood non-crystalline portion can changes the ratio of the crystalline portion to the wood mass.And the form of water, which changes the degree of crystallinity of wood, is different in the drying process.
