摘要
纳微米结构的尖晶石型铁酸锌高表面积、低阻抗的特性使之具有良好的气敏特性,铁酸锌的制备方法对微观形貌、敏感特性有显著的影响。总结了近年来一些关于铁酸锌作为敏感材料的工作,并对铁酸锌未来的研究进行了展望。
Spinel zinc ferrite nanoscale materials with high specific surface area and low impedence have good gas sensing properties.The methods by which they are prepared remarkably influence their micromorphology and sensitivity.This paper summarizes the progress of the research on zinc ferrite as a sensor material and predicts its future prospects.
