摘要
对 2 2个栽培盾叶薯蓣样品测定结果表明 :植株中薯蓣皂甙元的含量随植株性别和取材时期的不同而变化 ,雄株中皂甙元含量高于雌株 ,种植时期越长 ,皂甙元含量越高 ,1 0月采收的样品皂甙元含量最高。按传统方法从样品中提出的皂甙元的熔点几乎相同 ,均在 1 96~ 2 0 0℃范围内。栽培 3年以上的盾叶薯蓣可以用于工业上生产薯蓣皂甙元。
Twenty-two samples of cultivated Dioscorea Zingiberensis Wright are determined. The results show that the diosgenin in the plant samples are various according to the growing periods and sexes. The content of diosgenin in male plant is higher than that in female. The longer the growing period of the plant is the more diosgenin there is . The content in male plant gathered in October is higher than in any other months, The melting range of diosgenin extracted by means of general method from all the samples is nearly the same(196~200℃). It can be concluded that the 3-year-old cultivated D.zingiberensis Wright can be applied to diosgenin producing industry.$$$$
