Logistic方程在柑桔原生质体耐热性测定中的应用 被引量:9

THE APPLICATION OF LOGISTIC EQUATION TO HEAT-TOLERANCE DETERMINATION ON CITRUS PROTOPLASTS

摘要 试验了山金柑 (FortunellahindsiiOsb .cv.swingle)、Murcott桔橙 (CitrusreticulataBlanceC .sinensisOsb.cv.murcott)、伏令夏橙 (C .sinensisosb.cv.valencia)、伏令夏橙和宁波金柑的体细胞杂种 (C .sinensis+F .Crassifoliaswinglecv.Meiwa) 4种柑桔原生质体及其叶片经高温处理后的原生质体活力、电解质渗出率 ( % )的变化 ,配合logsitic方程分别求出各自的高温半致死温度 (LT50 ) ,以此来衡量各品种耐热力的大小。发现原生质体的耐热力大小与叶片耐热力的大小有显著相关性 ,回归方程为Y =1 .3 0 0 7+0 .9881X(r=0 .9771 )。 The protoplasts and leaves of such materials as Fortunella hindsii Osb. cv. swingle, citrus reticulata Blance X C. sinensis Osb . cv. murcott. C. sinensis Osb . cv. Valencia and the hybrida of C. sinensis + F. crassifolia swingle cv. Meiwa are treated with high temperature. After that, the protoplasts activity, electrolyte leakage(%) are tested and LT 50 are reached with logistic equation which represented their respective heat-tolerance. It is also discovered that the heat-tolerance of protoplasts is closely related to that of leaves, its regression equation is Y=1.3007+0.9881X(r=0.9771). The physiological basis for determination of protoplasts' heat tolerance is also discussed .
