摘要
在 0 .2mol/LNH3 -NH4 Cl( 1∶1 ,pH9.3 0 )溶液中 ,托美汀 (TOL)在单扫示波极谱议上有一灵敏的导数极谱波 ,峰电位Ep=-1 .4 7V(vs.SCE) ,峰电流ip 与TOL的浓渡在 3 .5×1 0 -6~ 7.0× 1 0 -8mol/L范围内呈线性关系 ,检测限可达 8.0× 1 0 -9mol/L。该法用于片剂中TOL含量的测定 ,结果良好。对TOL在汞电极上的电化学行为进行了研究 ,实验结果表明 ,体系属不可逆吸附波。
In 0.2mol/L NH 3-NH 4Cl (1∶1,pH9.30), a sensitive reduction peak of tolmetin is obtained by oscillopolarography. The peak potential is -1.47V(vs.SCE). The peak current is directly proportional to the concentration of tolmetin over the range of 3.5×10 -6 ~7.0×10 -8 mol/L with a detection limit of 8.0×10 -9 mol/L. This methol has been successfully used for the determination of tolmetin in tablet . The electrochemical behavior of tolmetin on mercury electrod is studied by means of oscillopolarography. This indicates the irreversible process with adsorption.
