This paper puts forward a new viewpoint——make production plan of spare parts of an automobile with reliability theory.So output of spare parts of an automobile is closely dependent on output of new automobile and requirement of spare parts of old automobile.That reduces storage to the lowest level and leads to tremendous economic benefits.
