摘要
滴头是滴灌系统关键的部件之一,而滴头流道结构参数是决定滴头工作性能的核心因素。采用正交试验设计,探讨了在低压工作范围(2~8m)内,滴头流道结构参数对其水力性能的影响。研究结果表明,按显著水平α=0.1来检验,低压下,齿间距和齿角度对滴头的流数x存在显著影响;流道深度、齿间距与齿角度对低压下滴头的流量存在显著影响。此外,在锯齿流道总长度(19.4mm)和齿间参差量(0mm)为定值条件下,本研究构建了描述低压下滴头流量与流道结构参数之间定量关系的多元和一元线性回归数学模型。
Emitter is one of the key parts in trickle irrigation system, and the structural forms of emitter greatly influence the working performance of drippers. In this paper, through orthogonal experiment array, the influence of dentations angles, spacing between dentations, dentations heights and depth of flow passag-es on the hydraulic performance of drippers under low working pressure are analyzed. The test results show that spacing between dentations and dentations angle has significant influence on the exponential (x) value of flow state (α=0.1), and the depth of flow passages, and spacing between dentations and dentations an-gle have significant influence on the flow rate of emitters (α=0.1). In addition, regression mathematical models describing the relationship between flow rate and structural parameters of flow passage have been set up under the present condition of flow passage length (19.4mm),dentations vertical gap (0mm) and at 5m working pressure.
