摘要 用免疫组织化学 (ABC)法观察金华猪心精氨酸加压素 (AVP)免疫反应 (IR)阳性的神经纤维和细胞的分布 .结果发现 AVP- IR纤维分布于左右心房、心室、冠状窦和冠状动脉周围 ,但以心房为多 .右心房近冠状窦处见散在分布的阳性神经细胞 .IR纤维呈线状、点线状或交织成网络状 ,主要分布在心肌层及外膜下肌层 ,多伴血管走行 ,或攀附血管走行 .这一发现提示金华猪心有与人心相似的神经肽 ,这为研究金华猪心的神经肽在心血管系统中的作用提供了形态学基础 . Immunohistochemical (ABC) method was used to study the distribution of arginine vasopressin (AVP) immunoreactive (IR) nerve fibers in porcine heart. The results showed that the IR fibers were mostly distributed in the right and left atrium, ventricle, coronary sinus and the myocardium adjacent to the coronary arteries.Sparsely distributed IR positive ganglions were revealed in the atrium adjacent to the coronary sinus. The IR fibers were characterized in beaded, thread or network appearance and mainly distributed in the myocardium, epicardium, running along the blood vessels, which indicated that the porcine heart had the similar specific antigen as that of humans. The results provided a morphological basis for the study of the physiological effects of arginine vasopressin on the cardiovascular system.
