Product Module Partition Methodology Based on Function-Principle-Structure

分析了功能-原理-结构的产品设计过程模型,研究了基于功能、原理、结构的零部件之间的相关性及量化方法。在结构相关性的研究中,提出了基于装配关系的零部件之间结构相关性及量化方法;构建了功能、原理、结构子相关矩阵,将子相关矩阵加权和生成综合相关矩阵;依据综合相关矩阵,以平均关联度为阈值,给出基于聚类分析的产品模块划分方法和步骤,实现基于功能-原理-结构的产品模块的划分。最后以减速箱为例,验证该模块划分方法的有效性。

The product design process model is analyzed based on function-principle-structure.The correlation and quantitative method is introduced based on the function , principle, structure between the two parts.In the research of structural-relation, the structure correlation and quantitative method based on the assembly relation are proposed.Correlation sub-matrix of principle and correlation sub-matrix of structure are introduced.Com-prehensive matrix is put forward which is composed of the correlation sub-matrix weighted; According to the comprehensive correlation matrix, the maximum correlation between parts is calculated.With average correla-tion for threshold, product module partition methods and steps are proposed based on clustering analysis, and product module is realized based on function-principle-structure.The case of speed reducer is used to verify the effectiveness of the module partition method .
