摘要
目的探索简便、临床易于推广应用的上气道阻塞综合征的诊治手段。方法分别对60例上气道阻塞综合征患者行整夜Autoset CPAP治疗,通过压力回放了解上气道阻力情况。结果 40例上气道阻力综合征(UARS)患者在给予392.3 Pa初始压力水平的Autoset CPAP治疗整夜后,通过压力曲线回放均为392.3 Pa,回访患者发现整夜睡眠打鼾及白天嗜睡症状未见明显改善;而接受初始压力为784.5 Pa的Autoset CPAP治疗的20例UARS患者,尽管压力曲线回放患者整夜的压力均为784.5 Pa,但患者主诉睡眠打鼾及白天嗜睡症状得到明显改善。结论 Autoset CPAP对上气道阻塞综合征无诊断价值,但较高的初始压力水平对上气道阻塞综合征有较好的治疗价值。
Objective To explore the convenient diagnosis and therapeutic value for upper airway resistance syndrome( UARS). Methods 60 cases with upper airway resistance syndrome were accepted Autoset CPAP therapy for all- night,and the upper airway resistance pressure was acquired through the playback pressure curve. Results In 40 patients with UARS was given 392. 3 Pa initial pressure level of Autoset CPAP in the treatment of all- night,through the pressure curve playback were 4 cm H 2 O,visiting patients found that the night sleep snoring and daytime sleepiness symptoms was not significantly improved; and to receive the initial pressure of 784. 5 Pa Autoset CPAP 20 UARS patients,despite the pressure curve playback patients overnight pressure for 8 cm H 2 O,but patients with a chief complaint of snoring and daytime sleepiness symptoms had been improved obviously. Conclusion Autoset CPAP has no diagnostic value for the upper airway obstruction syndrome,but the high initial level of pressure on upper airway obstruction syndrome has better therapeutic value.
