中晚期肾结核临床检验及影像学分析

Clinic analysis of with advanced renal tuberculosis

目的探讨中晚期肾结核的临床表现、诊断和治疗方法。方法回顾性分析收治的中晚期肾结核89例临床资料。结果男性36例(40.5%),女性53例(59.5%);尿常规异常率48.3%,血沉检查阳性率为41.1%,尿抗酸杆菌阳性率为11.1%;B超、IVP、CT和CTU诊断符合率分别为31.2%、40.0%、62.5%、73.9%。结论中晚期肾结核CT和CTU的诊断率较高,怀疑有肾结核的患者应建议行CT检查。

Objective To explore the clinical manifestations,diagnosis,and treatment methods of advanced renal tuberculosis. Methods 89 cases with advanced renal tuberculosis report admitted in the hospital,patients age distribution,clinical symptoms,laboratory and imaging characteristics and treatment modalities was retrospectively analyzed. Results There were 36 male patients（ 40. 5%）,female 53 cases（ 59.5%）,urine abnormal rate was 48. 3%,ESR examination positive rate was 41. 1%; urine acid- fast bacilli positive rate was 11. 1%; the diagnosis rate of B ultrasound,IVP,CT and CTU was 31. 2%,40. 0%,62. 5% and 73. 9%,respectively. Conclusion The diagnostic rate of advanced renal tuberculosis with CT and CTU is higher,patients with suspected renal tuberculosis should recommend a CT scan. The treatment for advanced renal TB medication is recommended for corresponding kidney resection.
