中药复方与三苯氧胺片治疗对乳腺癌术后患者CD4、CD8及性激素水平的影响

The effect on treatment of Traditional Chinese medicine and western medicine for CD4, Cd8 and lever of sex hormone in patients with breast cancer

目的观察中药复方联合三苯氧胺片治疗乳腺癌术后患者的疗效。方法将66例经术后病理证实为乳腺癌患者分为治疗组36例予中药复方及三苯氧胺片,对照组30例予三苯氧胺片治疗,治疗前后抽血检测T细胞亚群及性激素水平并进行比较。结果治疗后2组患者CD3、CD4水平增加、CD4/CD8比值增加,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);2组患者治疗前后各性激素水平比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.05),治疗后2组患者性激素水平比较差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论中药复方能够提高乳腺癌术后患者的免疫功能,但对性激素水平无明显影响。

Objective To observe curative effect of treatment of Traditional Chinese medicine and western medicine for CD4, Cd8 and lever of sex hormone in patients with breast cancer. Methods 66 patients with breast cancer were randomly assigned two groups： In treatment group,36 cases with treatments combined TCM and tamoxifen; in control group,30 cases with treatments of amoxifen. The difference of immune indices and sexual hormonal levels before and after therapy were compared. Results The difference between CD3,CD4 and CD4 / CD3 was statistically significant（ P 0. 05） and sexual hormonal levels was not significant（ P 0. 05） in two groups before and after therapy. The single sexual hormonal index was statistically significant in two groups（ P 0. 01）. Conclusion Immunologic function is improved by treatment of TCM.
