土地利用分类及其用途管制研究

在全面分析研究土地利用分类的基础上 ,阐明了当前土地利用分类的优劣 ,提出了符合多用途需要 ,利于用途管制的多层次统一标准的系统分类设想 .

Land use classification is the most basic issue in research on land use and affects directly science approach and practice of land use.Based on all_respect approach on theories and methods of land use classification,comparison about Chinese classification systems of land use with foreign systems of land use is carried out in this paper.The advantages and shortcomings in Chinese classification systems of land use are also compared with foreign land use classifications.Finally,the framework of multi_level and identical criterion system of land use classification is advanced.
