“数字河南”的科学构想

介绍了数字地球的含义 ,首次提出“数字河南”的科学构想 .指出“数字河南”离我们并不遥远 ,应把“数字河南”作为河南省 2 1世纪初期知识经济时代的战略目标 ,尽快着手建设 ,使河南实现“赶超式、跨越式”可持续发展 ,并提出了河南省实施“数字河南”的战略措施 .

This thesis first makes an intruduction about the defination of the “Digital Henan”,points out that the “Digital Henan” is not far from us,and it should be considered a stragetic development target of knowledge economic times in Henan province in the beginning of 21st century. It requires us to construct and apply as quickly as we can so that the power of science and teconology and the social economy in Henan can step into a stage of sustainable development in a surpassing and crossing pace. It also advance how to apply the stragetic measure of “Digital Henan” in Henan province.
