The article analyzes the competitive ability in science and technology of Henan Province and its national position from the following five aspects:general situation;research and exploration;comparison between the development in natural science and humanity;funds and products.Scientific statistical method adopted in the article is of great referencial value to the development of science and technology in Henan Province.
