摘要
目的研究西南轮环藤CycleawattiiDiels根中的化学成分,确定箭毒碱型异喹啉生物碱的绝对构型。方法利用色谱分离化合物单体,通过CD、MS、NMR、X—ray等技术鉴定化合物的结构。结果分离得到7个单体成分,分别为7—O-meth—ylhayatidine(I)、racemosidineB(II)、racemosidineC(m)、racemosimineA(1V)、胡萝卜苷(V)、β-谷甾醇(VI)和棕榈酸甘油酯(Ⅶ)。验证了前期分离得到的左旋箭毒碱(-)-curine的立体结构;总结了箭毒碱型生物碱的CD谱规律。结论化合物I~Ⅶ均为首次从该植物中分离得到;1-S、1’-R型与1-R、1'-R型箭毒碱型生物碱的CD谱差异明显。
OBJECTIVE To investigate the chemical constituents of Cyclea wattii, and elucidate structures of curines - type bis- benzylisoquinoline alkaloids. METHODS The compounds were isolated by chromatography, and their structrues were identified by CD, MS, NMR and X - ray analyses. RESULTS Seven compounds were isolated from the ethanol extract of the roots of Cyclea wat- tii. Their structrues were identified as 7 - 0 - methylhayatidine ( I ) , racemosidine B ( l] ) , racemosidine C ( Ill ) , racemosimine A ( IV ) ,daucosterol( V ), [3 - sitosterol( VI ) and a - palmitoylglycerol( VII ). Absolute conFigureurations of ( - ) - curine separated in the preceding paper was confirmed by X - ray crystallographic analysis, and the CD spectrum of curines - type alkaloids was carried out. CONCLUSION Compounds I - VII were isolated from this plant for the first time.
