摘要
目的研究芷归片中决明子与白芷的纯化工艺。方法以总蒽醌和欧前胡素的转移率以及浸膏收率为考察指标,比较醇提水沉法、壳聚糖沉淀法、大孔树脂吸附法、酸碱法等纯化方法,优选纯化工艺参数。结果通过几种纯化方法的比较,采用酸碱法的纯化工艺最佳,其优选参数为:用20%石灰乳调pH6,静置2 h,过滤,减压回收溶剂后干燥。结论运用酸碱法纯化后蒽醌类成分和欧前胡素的损失均较小,浸膏收率能满足制剂要求,工艺简单可行。
OBJECTIVE To study the purification process of Cassiae semen and Angelica dahuricae in Zhigui tablets. METHODS The extract rate of anthraquinone and imperatorin the yield rate of extract content were adopted. Compared with the ethanol, water precipitation,chitosan precipitation and adsorption method by macroporous resin. RESULT Compared with several purification meth- ods,the acid -alkali method was selected for purification. The final purification process was as follows:adjust to pH6 with 20% lime milk, standing for 2 h, then filtered and dried under reduced pressure. CONCLUSION The acid - alkali method can meet formulation requirements for purification of anthraquinones component and imperatorin. The optimization process is simple and feasible, which provides technicaX basis for the study of the Zhigui tablets.
