刺续断的形态组织学鉴定

Study on the morhology and histology of Morina nepalensis

目的对藏药刺续断进行系统的生药学鉴定。方法采用植物基源、性状、显微和薄层鉴定方法。结果描述了刺续断的原植物、性状、显微和薄层色谱鉴别特征。结论方法简便易操作,为刺续断药材的鉴定和临床应用奠定了基础。

OBJECTIVE To identify Tibetan medicine Morina nepalensis in pharmacognostical methods systematically. METHODS The original plant identification, morphological and histological identification, microscopic identification, thin layer chromatography （TLC） were adopted. RESULTS The characters of original plants, morphology, histology, microscopy and TLC were successfully described. CONCLUSION The method is practical, special and reproducible.
