摘要
目的采用HPLC测定尿塞通片中的芍药苷、丹酚酸B及隐丹参酮。方法色谱柱为ODSC18,流动相为乙腈-0.025mol·L^-1磷酸二氢钾溶液,流速1mL·min^-1,检测波长240nm,柱温30℃。结果芍药苷、丹酚酸B及隐丹参酮的线性范围分别为0.4510~2.450、0.5030~2.520、0.0500~2.410μg;平均加样回收率分别为99.87%、99.57%、100.08%;RSD分别为0.65%、0.76%、0.69%。结论所用方法准确、简便、重复性好,可用于尿塞通片中芍药苷、丹酚酸B及隐丹参酮的测定。
OBJECTIVE To establish a method for determining paeoniflorin, salvianolic acid B and cryptotanshinone in Niaosai Tong tablets. METHODS ODS C18 (250 mmx 4. 6mm)was used with an eluent consisted of acetonitrile -0. 025 mol· L-1 potassium dihydrogen phosphate solution in gradient elution mode with flow rate of 1 mL· min-1. The detecting wavelength was set at 240 nm and column temperature was 30 ℃. RESULTS The linear ranges of paeoniflorin, salvianolic acid B and cryptotanshinone were at 0.4510 - 2. 450 μg ,0.5030 -2. 5200 μg and 0.0500 -2. 410 μg, respectively, which showed a good linear relationship. The average recoveries were 99.87% ,99.57% and 100.08% with RSD of 0.65% ,0.76% and 0.69% , respectively. CONCLUSION The method is convenient, accurate and reproducible for the determination of paeoniflorin, salvianolic acid B and cryptotanshinone in Niaosai Tong tablets.
