肉种鸡饲粮能量水平对产蛋后期子代生产性能和脂类代谢的影响 被引量:5

Effects of Dietary Energy Level of Broiler Breeders on Growth Performance and Fat Metabolism of Offspring during Late Laying Period

摘要 本试验旨在研究肉种鸡饲粮能量水平对产蛋后期子代生产性能和脂类代谢的影响。试验选择体重相近的20周龄AA肉种鸡270羽,随机分成3组。对照组饲喂基础饲粮.试验组饲粮能量值分别较对照组的高或低20%,各组均限饲且饲喂量相同。子代随机选取孵化后的1日龄公雏(种蛋为60~62周龄)270羽,试验分组与母代相同。子代均采用相同的试验饲粮,试验期49d。结果表明:与对照组相比,低能组显著降低了子代的初生体重(P〈0.05),显著提高了子代28日龄的活体重、1—28日龄的平均日增重和1~49日龄的平均日采食量(P〈0.05);低能组显著降低子代28日龄腹脂率(P〈0.05);高能组显著提高了28日龄子代血清中甘油三酯、总胆固醇的含量(P〈0.05),显著降低了血清中三碘甲腺原氨酸的含量(P〈0.05);低能组子代血清中总胆固醇和生长激素的含量显著提高(P〈0.05)。结果提示,肉种鸡饲喂低能量水平饲粮对产蛋后期子代生长发育和脂类代谢有显著影响,且在早期的生长过程中出现了补偿性生长。 This experiment was conducted to study the effects of dietary energy level of broiler breeders on growth performance and fat deposition of offspring in broiler breeders. A total of 270 Arbor Acres (AA) broiler breeders (20 weeks of age) were randomly divided into 3 groups. The broiler breeders in the control group were fed basal diet, and the treatments groups were fed the diets with the 120% and 80% energy levels of the basal diet, respectively. During the study, feed intake in each group was restricted and set the same. Two hundred and seventy 1-day-old male broilers were hatched during the late laying period (60-62 wk-old) of maternal broilers and allocated into 3 groups. All of the offspring were fed with the to same feed and drink ad libitum. The experiment of offspring lasted for 49 days. The results showed that: compared with the control group, offspring showed a lower 1-d-old weight of the low energy group (P〈0.05); however the daily gain (1-28 d) and daily feed intake (1-49 d) were significantly higher (P〈 0.05). The abdominal fat rate of offspring was reduced at 28 days of age. At 28 days of age, the contents triglyceride (TG) and total cholesterol (CHO) in serum of offspring in high energy group were found to be than those in control group. However, the content of triiodothyronine (T3) in serum was lower. Compared with the control group, the CHO content and growth hormone (GH) content in low energy group were higher(P〈0.05). In conclusion, much influence on offspring, s growth and fat deposition were demonstrated when the broiler breeders feed different energy level diet during late laying period, and offspring from low energy group showed a compensatory growth in their early growth.
