不同能量水平对25~41周龄蛋鸡生产性能的影响 被引量:7

Effects of Different Energy Levels on Laying Performance of Laying Hens From 25-41 Weeks of Age

摘要 本试验旨在研究不同能量水平对蛋鸡产蛋高峰期生产性能的影响。选用京红一号商品代蛋鸡360只.按能量水平(10.88、11.09、11.30、11.51MJ/kg)分为4个处理(6个重复,每个重复15只鸡),试验期为蛋鸡25~41周龄。结果表明:处理I、Ⅲ和Ⅳ组的平均蛋重显著高于处理Ⅱ组(P〈0.05),处理I和Ⅱ组的日采食量显著高于处理Ⅲ和Ⅳ组(P〈0.05),处理Ⅱ组的畸形蛋率显著高于处理Ⅳ组,日增重随着能量水平升高有增加的趋势,各处理之间的产蛋率、日产蛋量和料蛋比差异不显著(P〉O.05);测定养分表观代谢率,各处理之间差异不显著(P〉0.05),但能量表观代谢率随能量水平升高有递增的趋势;对试鸡日代谢能摄入量与日产蛋量进行回归分析得出最佳日代谢能摄入量为1.32MJ/d。结果显示,京红一号蛋鸡在25~41周龄的适宜能量水平为11.31MJ/kg。 The research was studied the effects of different metabolizable energy on laying performance of Jinghong layers. A total of 360 layers were randomly assigned to four experimental treatments with 6 replicate of 15 birds. Four experimental diets were formulated based on ME content of 10.88, 11.09, 11.30, 11.51 MJ/kg. The feeding program from 25 week of age to 41 week of age. Results showed that the treatment I , III, IV were significantly higher than treatment II in average egg weight (P〈0.05), The treatment I and II were significantly higher than other treatment groups in average daily feed intake(P〈0.05). There were no significant difference among the treatment groups in laying rate, egg production and feed-egg rate (P〉0.05). Through the determination of energy apparent metabolizable rate, there were no significant difference among the treatment groups (P〉0.05). The best energy intake is 1.32 MJ/d and the best metabolizable energy level is 11.31 MJ/kg in laying layers by regression analysis of actual day metabolizable energy intake and egg production. In conclusion, 11.31MJ/kg was recommended as the suitable ME levels in 25-41 week Jinghong layers.
