Sigma(70)家族对生物农药合成的调控及其应用

摘要 生物农药作为一种安全低毒、环境友好新型农药具有巨大的市场应用和研究价值。Sigma因子作为细菌基因转录起始的依赖因子,对生物农药合成起着重要的调控作用。阐述了sigma(70)家族的分类、结构及功能,综述了sigma因子对荧光假单胞菌、阿维链霉菌、圆圈产色链霉菌、灰色链霉菌合成生物农药的调控。 Biopesticides are safe, low toxic and environmentally friendly with huge market applications and research value. Sigma factors are the key factors for the initiation of bacterial gene transcription and regulating the synthesis of biopesticides. The classification, structure and function of sigma(70) family and the sigma factor on the regulation about the synthesis of biopesticides with Pseudomonas fluorescens, Streptomyces avermitilis, Streptomyces ansochromogenes and Streptomyces griseus were reviewed in this article.
