Synthesis of Propiconazole Intermediate 1,2-Pentanediol

摘要 [目的]1,2-戊二醇是合成杀菌剂丙环唑必需的中间体,开发出一种合成1,2-戊二醇的新方法,并优化其合成工艺。[方法]以正戊烯、氯气、水为主要原料,经加成、皂化、水解合成1,2-戊二醇。考察皂化和水解2步反应的一些主要影响因素。[结果]在优化的反应条件下,1,2-戊二醇对正戊烯的收率87.5%,纯度大于99.9%。[结论]该工艺路线简单、经济、安全、环保、产品纯度高。 [Aims] 1,2-Pentanediol is an important intermediate to synthesize propiconazole, a new method for synthesis of 1,2-pentanediol was developed and the synthetic process was further optimized. [Methods] Using n-pentene, chlorine, water as the main raw materials, a series of reactions was carried out including addition, saponification and hydrolysis to get the 1,2-pentanediol. Meanwhile the main factors affecting saponification and hydrolysis reaction were studied. [Results] Under the optimal condition, the yield of 1,2-pentanediol was 87.5% based on n-pentene with purity of 99.9%. [Conclusions] The synthetic process has some advantages of simple process, economic, safety, environmental benign and high purity.
