摘要
It has been studied that the optimal chrcmogentic conditions for ninhydrin reacts with leucine, lysine, valine, phenylalanine and methionine. The studies have been performed on the simultaneous determination of five amino-acids by partial lean squares (PM) without any chemical separation. The studies points out that the selections of wavelength width,wavelength interval influence on the results of determination. Compared with KF spectrophotometety,amino-acids automatic analysis method, the analytical rerelts of synethic mixtures show its superiority to KF spectrophotometry and agreement with amiono-acids automatic analysis.
