苹果、番茄、玉米中7种植物生长调节剂的气相色谱-串联质谱检测方法 被引量:25

Determination of 7 Plant Growth Regulators in Apple,Tomato,Maize by Gas Chromatography-Tandem Mass Spectrometry

摘要 【目的】建立苹果、番茄、玉米中莠去津、甲萘威、三唑酮、西玛津、戊唑醇、烯效唑、多效唑7种植物生长调节剂的气相色谱-串联质谱(GC—MS/MS)确证方法。【方法】选用乙腈为提取溶剂,采用PSA粉末和石墨化炭黑粉末结合的基质分散固相萃取技术为净化方法,GC—MS/MS的多反应监测模式(MRM)定性测定,内标法定量。【结果】7种农药在0.01—5.0mg/L之间具有良好线性(r≥0.999),在0.01-0.1mg/kg添加水平下(力=8),农药的回收率为74.8%-109.2%,相对标准偏差(RSD)为2.7%-14.8%。【结论】该方法简单快速,准确,灵敏度好,适用于植物源食品中植物生长调节剂残留的检测。 [Aims] A method for determination of 7 plant growth regulators in apple, tomato and maize was developed. [Methods] Acetonitdle was selected as the extraction solvent, and the matrix dispersion solid extraction method PSA and graphitized carbon black powder was used for purifying. Multiple reaction monitoring mode (MRM) by gas chromatography-tandem mass spectrometry (GC-MS/MS) was used for determination, and the internal standard method was used for quantitative analysis. [Results] In the linear range (0.01-5.0 rag/L) of each pesticide, the linearity correlation coefficients of all the pesticide are more than 0.999. In a range of 0.01-0.1 mg/kg (n=8), the recoveries of pesticide residue were 74.8-109.2%. The relative standard deviations (RSD) were 2.7-14.8%. [Conclusions] The method is simple, rapid, accurate, good sensitivity which is suitable for determination of plant growth regulators in in food of plant origin.
