摘要
文章利用6端口分支波导耦合器的拓扑结构,研制了一种Ka波段3路信号一次合成的同相功率波导合成器,该合成器在4GHz的测试带宽内端口隔离度小于-22dB;2GHz带宽内,插入损耗0.2dB,路间相位差不大于15cc,输入端口驻波小于1.3,输出端口驻波小于1.25.该合成器为全波导结构且插入损耗小,具有较大的功率容量,在功率合成和波束形成网络中应用广泛。
This paper discusses a Ka-band power combiner, which is developed with three signals inphase. The port isolation of the synthesizer is less than - 22dB within the testing bandwidth of 4 GHz. The insertion loss is 0.2 dB with bandwidth of 2GHz. The phase difference between ways is not more than 15 degrees. The input port VSWR is less than 1.3 and the output port VSWR is less than 1.25. The synthesizer is widely used in the power synthesis and beamforming network with waveguide structure, small insertion loss and high power capacity.
