摘要
为了提高电子设备整机布线的质量和效率,提出了一种基于三维模型的布线工艺设计、仿真与应用技术。简要介绍了三维布线技术的设计流程和设计输出形成,应用实例重点分析了三维布线技术在产品研制中的优势和能够解决的问题。通过工程实践,验证了三维布线技术可以在产品研制中起到优化设计、简化流程、提高布线精度、保障质量的作用。
In order to improve the electronic equipment routing quality and efficiency, this paper presents a design, simulation and application of routing technology based on three-dimensional model. It briefly introduces the design flow and output form of three-dimensional routing technology, and discusses the advantages and the problems that could be solved by three-dimensional routing technology in electronic equipment development and processing. The engineering practice verifies that the three-dimensional routing technology can play the role of optimizing design, simplifying the process, improving the accuracy of routing, and ensuring the quality in electronic equipment development.
