硫化体系的加入方式对CM/EVM共混胶性能的影响

摘要 研究了氯化聚乙烯(CM)和乙烯-醋酸乙烯酯橡胶(EVM)共混比为70/30时,不同硫化体系加入方式下共混胶的硫化特性、力学性能、两相交联密度及动态力学性能,以及老化后共混胶的力学性能及两相交联密度。结果表明,硫化体系的加入方式对共混胶的硫化特性影响不大;4#共混胶的力学性能较好;热空气老化、耐油老化后,2#共混胶的性能变化程度较小;热空气老化后,2#共混胶的两相交联密度变化程度较小;RPA2000橡胶加工分析仪(RPA)分析显示,4#共混胶的总体交联程度较高。 The vulcanization characteristics, mechanical properties, two-phase crosslinking density and dynamic mechanical properties of CM/EVM blends were studied,when their ratio were 70/30. Af- ter aging, the mechanical properties and two-phase crosslinking density were also studied. Results showed that:different vulcanization system joining way had little effects on the vulcanization charac- teristics of the blends;4# blends had good mechanical properties; After hot air aging and oil resistant aging,the performance changes degree of 2 # blends was smaller than others. After hot air ageing, the two-phase crosslinking density changes degree of 2# blends was smaller than others; RPA analysis showed that crosslinking density of 4# blends was higher than others.
