BARS方法下的中小银行员工快速胜任系统构建研究

摘要 中小银行在建立关键岗位素质考核时,面临研究及应用的开发周期长,应用成本高的诸多约束。本研究以中小商业银行的关键性岗位为例,创新性的利用行为锚定等级评价方法,提炼了银行岗位关键胜任特征的分析思路,阐明了以战略为导向的快速胜任系统的建构思路。
