摘要
文章阐述了图书情报硕士专业学位研究生合作培养的必要性与可行性、合作方式与合作内容及合作过程中应注意的问题。合作培养图书情报硕士专业学位研究生,有利于实现实践能力的培养目标,有利于合作方之间的资源互补与共享,有利于解决在职研究生的学习时间与工作时间的冲突问题,有利于满足图书情报机构集中培养在职研究生的需要。利益双赢和政策上的无阻力,能够保证合作的可行性。合作培养可以采取多种形式。合作双方应该处于互为主体的地位,合作过程中应遵循严密可行的合作协议。
The paper discusses the necessity and feasibilyty of cooperative training of postgraduates majored in library science, with special emphasis on the cooperation mode and contents, as well as the problems that should be concerned in the cooperation. Cooperative training of postgraduates majored in library science can improve the practical ability of the students, be beneficial to the resource complementarity and sharing of all partners, solve the dilemma of the learning and working of in-service students, and meet the needs of concentrated training of in-service students. The win-win benefits and the non-resistance in policies can ensure the feasibility of cooperation. Various types of cooperation can be adopted. The cooperation partners should be intersubjective and follow rigorous and feasible agreement.
