广东省地级市公共图书馆地方名人资源建设调查研究

Investigation and Analysis of the Resource Construction of Local Celebrities in Public Libraries of Prefecture — Level Cities in Guangdong Province

为了解广东省对地方名人资源的建设情况,基于网络调查法分析了广东省地级市公共图书馆在地方名人资源建设方面的基本情况,发现部分图书馆在地方名人资源建设上取得了三大显著的成效:一是重视名人资源的建设和利用,二是加大了名人资源的开发力度,三是初显合作理念。但名人资源建设地区发展不平衡、名人资源开发深度不够、后续更新维护不及时及整合意识不够等问题仍然很严重,建议采取加大资金投入、建立领导小组来打造一站式检索平台、指定专人负责名人资源的维护和更新等措施来促进地方名人资源的建设。

In order to know the current situation of resource construction of local celebrities in Guangdong, this paper analyzes the basic situation of resource construction of local celebrities in pubic libraries of prefecture-level cities in Guangdong Province with network survey. It＇s found that some libraries get three achievements, which includes valuing the construction and use of local celebrities, increasing the intensity of exploitation of local celebrities, and the emergence of awareness of cooperation. But there are some problems which are still serious. First, the development of resource construction for local celebrity in Guangdong is unbalanced. Second, the depth of exploitation of local celebrity is not enough. Third, subsequent updates and maintenance are not timely. Last, the awareness of integration is lacking. It＇s suggested to promote the resource construction of local celebrities, which includes increasing capital investment, setting up leading group to build a one-stop search platform, and designating a person responsible for the maintenance and updates of the resource of local celebrities.
