摘要
文章依据胜任力的内涵,结合竞争情报人员工作的特点,构建出竞争情报人员通用胜任力的评价指标体系。该体系包含素质能力、知识技术能力、人格特质、岗位适配性和组织适配性五大模块,体现出竞争情报人员高效完成工作所应具备的胜任特征。
Based on the connotation of competence and the characteristics of competitive intelligence staff, this paper constructs a general competency evaluation model of competitive intelligence staff. This model consists of five modules, namely quality, knowledge and technology capabilities, personality traits, organization suitability and post suitability, reflecting the competency of excellent competitive intelligence staff.
