法哲学视野下安全观念的认知过程,在民商法、社会法、环境法的不同部门法视域下经历了交易安全、社会安全与生态安全的演变过程。这种安全观念的发展进程,一方面反映了不同法域视域下,不同"人的模式"视角下安全观念的价值取向;另一方面也诠释了风险社会背景下,安全观念认知的未来走向,亦彰显了生态时代和风险社会视域下安全观念的一种系统反思与发展方向。

The cognitive process of legal philosophy of security concept has undergone the evolution of transaction security, social security and ecological security from the different perspectives of civil and commercial law, society law and environment law. Such a revolution reflects on one hand the different value orientations held by different people in different legal fiends and explains on the other hand the developing trend of security concept under the background of risk society, which highlights a systematic reflection in the times of ecology and risk society.
